  • Ryan has been guiding the Sea to Sky area since 2007. Originally from Ontario, Ryan travelled to Squamish for the rock climbing, however, it was the fly fishing opportunities and other outdoor activities such as mountain biking and high alpine winter sports that kept him here. Whether you are looking for a day chasing salmon or trout, Ryan will take you to the best spots available and share his knowledge of the area and activities.

  • Gerald has been an avid fly fisherman since he can remember. Having fished the Sea to Sky corridor since 2001, Gerald has become very familiar with the seasonal changes and the places to find salmon, trout, steelhead, and char.  A Professional Forester by training and when not guiding, Gerald runs a successful natural resource consulting business in Squamish.  Gerald is trained in First Aid and Swift Water Rescue. .

  • Carrying on a tradition and a passion inherited from his great-grandfather, Asa McKee  or "Ace" spends as much time as possible on the water with a fly rod. Professionally, he has helped develop guide schools that train and teach fly fishing instructors for the premier angling shops and outfitters in Colorado. Following six years in Colorado,  Ace moved to Squamish with his wife and newborn daughter in the Fall of 2012. Yet Ace didn't just come to Squamish to fish, he is also a certified ski instructor at Whistler who once competed at the professional level.  But his true passion is being on the water.

  • Clint is dedicated to providing all of his clients with the best possible service, knowledge, standards, and safety available from a Professional Angling Guide. Clint holds a degree in biology from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and has additional training in Fish and Wildlife Technology from Sir Sandford Fleming College in Lindsay, Ontario. He is a Certified Fly Casting Instructor through the Federation of Fly Fishers and in addition to CPR, his first aid training consists of Outdoor Emergency Care, Wilderness First Responder, and Swiftwater Rescue. His boat handling skills and safety have been approved by Transport Canada. These credentials have earned him the recognition as a Professional Angling Guide by the Canadian Human Tourism Resource Commission (CHTRC).  He lives in Squamish with his wife, three children and numerous pets.

  • Matt has been fishing the Sea-to-Sky corridor year-round since about the time he learned to tie his shoes. Since then, he's worn out many, many pairs of wading boots and learned a thing or two about the local rivers, lakes and their denizens, as well as finding many productive spots off the beaten track. When he's not guiding or fishing the Sea-to-Sky waters, Matt works in environmental consulting. He has first aid and is a Swiftwater Rescue tech.


  • As a young boy Brandon cut his teeth fishing for warm water species in the lakes and rivers surrounding London, Ontario. In 2006 "Higgs" took up stakes and moved to the West Coast to start a new life with his wife Tanya. Upon arrival in BC all things fishing quickly became an obsession and a move to Squamish in 2011 solidified his ability to fish more frequently.  A fire technician by trade Brandon is also an accomplished tier and fly fisherman and ready to make your day on the water a success. Even if the fishing is tough Brandon's contagious sense of humour and outlook on life will keep you optimistic for the next bite!

  • Gillian has spent years in the footsteps of her father chasing down salmon, steelhead, and trout in the rivers of the lower mainland. Her command of fly-fishing developed in the Skagit Valley where very early on she learned to dead drift dries for wild rainbows and became consumed by the realm of delicate presentations. Every September through until November you will find Gill chasing coho in the Squamish, Cheakamus, and Ashlu rivers as her familiarity with the Sea-to-Sky systems has materialized from countless days in the pursuit of fish. Having worked in her family tackle shop since she was 15, Gill is well versed in local knowledge and has profound affinity for working with people.
